Permanent magnet DC motors are available with a choice for standard painted or paint-free finishes, designed for adjustable speed applications such as conveyors or packing equipment, and can be paired with the BCWD140 washdown DC SCR control. Key features include moisture sealant on bolt heads between the frame and endplates, a neoprene gasketed conduit box, double sealed ball bearings, a Forsheda® running contact V-ring slinger, a stainless steel shaft, an electrostatic epoxy paint coating, and Class F insulation. The motors are tach adaptable, with 3300P motors being Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) while all others are Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC). These motors are suitable for food processing conveyors and feeders where exposure to high-pressure wash down is common.
