Baldor-Realiance's line of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning motors features dynamically balanced rotors designed for reduced vibration and quiet operation. The motors range in size from 1/4 HP to 100 HP and include heavy-duty industrial designs as well as designs for commercial applications, suitable for ventilators, direct drive and belted fans, exhaust fans, unit heaters, air conditioning units, and commercial refrigeration condensers. These motors are specifically designed for use with variable torque electronic controls that help conserve electricity. Each motor is class H insulated with an AEGIS shaft grounding ring installed internally, equipped with regreasable ball bearings, and suitable for mounting in any position. They meet or exceed NEMA premium efficiencies, are inverter-ready, and come with a 3-year warranty. The motors are applicable for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning blower and fan motors, pump motors, and other general-purpose applications utilizing an adjustable speed drive.
