The kit includes 300 series stainless steel hardware, moisture sealant on bolt heads, and between the frame and endplates, along with neoprene gaskets. It features double sealed ball bearings and a lip and V-ring seal on the drive end, complemented by a stainless steel shaft extension. The unit is coated with an electrostatically applied epoxy finish over autophoretic primer, ensuring durability. Class F insulation is standard. The EWDM, CEWDM, and VEWDM Super-E® motors offer NEMA Premium® efficiency and come with a 3-year warranty. Designed for food processing and other applications where motors receive washdown on a regular basis, the kit meets high-performance standards and is suitable for demanding environments.
