Baldor-Realiance lifting magnet generators are designed to provide power for lifting electromagnets utilized in scrap and bulk metal handling facilities. The generators feature a heavy-duty steel frame, cast iron endplates, Class H insulation with Class F temperature rise, precision brush holders, constant force brush springs, and double-sealed ball bearings. They are compound wound with drooping voltage characteristics and housed in a DPFG enclosure, finished with weather-resistant paint and equipped with an F-2 conduit box. These generators are ideally suited for crane-mounted lifting magnets used in recycling operations and steel mills.
