Permanent magnet DC motors are designed with a choice of IEC B5 flanges in 0.2 to 5 HP or B14 C-faces in 0.2 to 2 HP, providing versatility for various applications. These motors operate on a 180-volt input power with a 20:1 constant torque speed range, making them suitable for a range of machinery. The metric frames facilitate easy replacement on equipment requiring an IEC interface with the gearbox. Key features include a metric flange or C-face conforming to IEC standards, a bolt-on non-metric base, Class F insulation, and tach adaptability except for type 135S. The type 135S and 3300P motors are TENV ( Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated), while all others are TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled). These motors are specifically applicable for SCR drive motors necessitating metric mounting dimensions.
