The Baldor-Realiance Constant Velocity Blower Cooling Conversion Kit, model BLWM18-F, is designed for 3-phase motors operating at 230/380/460V with frame sizes of 444TC-447TC. This kit effectively converts TENV or TEFC AC motors into a totally enclosed blower cooled (TEBC) configuration, which is particularly beneficial in applications where continuous cooling is essential, regardless of the motor shaft speed. The installation process involves mounting the kit on the back of the motor after the removal of the fan guard and fan, without the need to remove the TEFC fan shaft. It is important to note that this kit is not compatible with Athens-built 180-440 M, CP, or ECP motors.
