The Baldor-Reliance constant velocity blower cooling conversion kit, BLWM09-F, is designed for 3-phase applications with input voltages of 230/380/460V and is compatible with 254TC-256TC motor sizes. This kit effectively converts TENV or TEFC AC motors to a totally enclosed blower cooled (TEBC) design, providing continuous cooling regardless of motor shaft speed, which is essential for maintaining optimal performance. The installation process involves mounting the kit on the back of the motor after the removal of the fan guard and fan, without the need to remove the TEFC fan shaft. It is important to note that this kit is not compatible with Athens-built 180-440 M, CP, or ECP motors.
