The McDonnell & Miller Series 51 mechanical water feeder/low water cut-off is designed for low pressure steam and hot water boilers larger than 5,000 sq. ft. (465 m²) capacity with cold water feed. The kit and package include a quick-change replaceable cartridge valve and strainer, with optional features such as a No. 2 switch, manual reset, and float block. It offers proportional feed action, and Model 51 can be field upgraded with a No. 2 switch to add the low water cut-off function. The maximum water supply pressure is 150 psi (10.5 kg/cm²), the maximum inlet water temperature is 120°F (49°C), and the maximum vessel pressure is 35 psi (2.5 kg/cm²). This product is made in the USA and comes with warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
