The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts paired with plated steel locknuts. It features a stainless steel welded liner that effectively closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, enhancing performance. The design incorporates a smooth inner band that prevents hoses from being cut or bulging while providing greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, the band ensures an equalized 360° clamping force around the hose for secure connections. It is important to note that the HC095 and HC100 models do not include a floating bridge.
