The kit features a push-to-connect design that eliminates the need to retract the sleeve for connection, while the locking sleeve is standard across all sizes to prevent accidental disconnection during operation. It supports a pressure rating of 5,000 PSI with a safety factor of 4 to 1, ensuring very minimal spillage upon disconnection and no air inclusion upon connection. The couplings are comparable to brands such as Parker®, Faster®, Holmbury, and Safeway®. Additionally, a push-on "toilet seat" style dust protector is included to keep contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. These couplings are manufactured to ISO 16028 specifications. Please note that the standard "FF" series couplings are not designed for connection or disconnection under pressure, despite the capability to connect the plug into the coupler with up to 200 lbs. of residual pressure.
