The VisionPRO® 8000 thermostat with RedLink™ (model TH8321R1001) is designed for 2H/2C conventional systems (3H/2C with EIM) or 3H/2C heat pump systems (4H/2C with EIM). It features a touchscreen interface, is 7-day programmable, and is suitable for both residential and light commercial applications. This thermostat can operate standalone or in conjunction with the THM5421R1021 equipment interface module or the TrueZONE wireless adapter. Key attributes include Smart Schedule for easy programming, patented interview-based setup, and RedLink™ wireless communication capabilities. The device is compatible with various RedLink™ accessories such as the Internet gateway, Portable Comfort Control (PCC), wireless outdoor and indoor sensors, entry/exit remote, vent and filter boost remote, TrueSTEAM™ humidifier with wireless adapter, and TrueZONE® zoning panel with wireless adapter. It meets commercial code and Title 24 compliance, providing features tailored for light commercial settings, including occupied and unoccupied language, holiday scheduling, custom events, remote setback capabilities (requiring the THM5421R1021), and economizer and time-of-day functionality. The system allows for plain language setup, eliminating the need for a manual, and maintains alerts and user interaction logs to assist in troubleshooting by keeping a searchable history of alerts and setting changes, which can be viewed on a console.
