The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade is a high-performance cutting tool measuring 12' 10" long and 1/2" wide, featuring 4 teeth per inch (TPI) and a thickness of 0.035 inches. Engineered specifically for contour cutting, this blade is designed with an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that operates at twice the speed of traditional carbon blades, allowing for faster and easier cutting. It boasts a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, which makes it suitable for general-purpose hand-fed applications. The blade is ideal for use in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities, constructed from cobalt high-speed steel with a durable spring steel backing material. It effectively cuts hardwoods and all metals, including mild and stainless steel, when operated at the appropriate blade speeds.
