The Model #301 Bike-Shell Bike Locker is a molded one-piece fiberglass composite unit that requires no assembly and includes all necessary installation hardware. This locker accommodates one bicycle and features dimensions of 49" H x 30" W x 74.5" L. It is equipped with a chrome T-handle locking system that includes three keys per lock and an internal locking bar system, with an option for a padlock handle lock (padlocks not included). The standard colors available are tan or medium grey. This innovative design represents the first one-piece locker that is not made from soft and flammable HDPE plastic material, and it is based on the popular 350 series lockers, offering six styles for flexibility in site locations. Each locker is shipped fully assembled and can function as a standalone unit or be grouped together without common walls, making them easy to relocate. The construction of fiberglass reinforced plastic ensures high resistance to impact and stains, along with corrosion resistance. High security is provided with standard key locks recessed in the door face and an internal locking mechanism. Specifications include a structure manufactured from molded fiberglass reinforced plastic composite with a solid color stipple texture finish, consisting of E-glass and polyester resin at a 35% ratio, with a tensile strength of 18,000 PSI. The locker is designed with no external or internal frame, seams, or joints on the tops or side walls and can withstand over 300 lb/sqft on the roof and 200 lb/sqft on the walls and doors, ensuring durability without the need for on-site assembly.
