The Model #302 Bike-Shell bike locker is constructed from a molded one-piece fiberglass composite, eliminating the need for assembly and including all necessary installation hardware. This locker is designed for a bicycle capacity of 2 bikes per unit and has dimensions of 49"H x 40"W x 74.5"L. It features a chrome T-handle lock with 3 keys per lock and an internal locking bar system as standard, with an option for a padlock handle lock, though padlocks are not included. The standard colors available are tan or medium grey. This innovative design is the first one-piece locker made from non-flammable materials, and it is modeled after the popular 350 series lockers, available in 6 styles for various site requirements. The lockers can be used as standalone units or grouped without the need for common walls, and they are easily relocatable. Constructed from fiberglass reinforced plastic, the lockers are highly resistant to impact, stains, and corrosion, ensuring high security with standard key locks recessed in the door face. Specifications include a structure finished with molded fiberglass reinforced plastic composite featuring a solid color stipple texture, made of e-glass and polyester resin at a 35% ratio, with a tensile strength of 18,000 PSI. The design ensures that the locker can withstand over 300 lb./sq. ft. on the roof and 200 lb./sq. ft. on the walls and doors. No on-site assembly is required, and the lockers are manufactured without any external or internal frames, seams, or joints on the tops or side walls.
