The Libman Toilet Plunger with Caddy (model 598) features a heavy-duty polypropylene injection molded caddy designed for hygienic storage next to the toilet, preventing leakage and hiding the plunger. The plunger is equipped with a thermoplastic rubber cup and an extending plunger flange that enhances the seal while unclogging drains; this flange can be folded back when not in use. The handle measures 24" in length and 1" in diameter, made from steel with a thickness of .0155" that incorporates up to 70% recycled steel sourced from post-industrial waste. The electrostatic powder-coated finish on the steel handle resists chipping and adheres well to handle dings, while its long design facilitates easier use. The iron phosphate conversion coating on the handle helps prevent rust, even if scratched. The plunger also boasts an oversized grip and a hanger tip for improved handling. The outer flange diameter of the cup is 6", with an inner diameter of 3".
