These bearings are specifically engineered to support ball screws utilized as actuators in high-precision and high-speed machinery. They exhibit significantly higher stiffness compared to conventional angular contact ball bearings due to the elevated number of balls incorporated. The bearings come with a pre-set preload, which simplifies installation by eliminating the need for complex adjustments and torque measurements. Additionally, flush ground bearings, denoted by the suffix DU or U, are suitable for various assembly configurations, including DB (back to back), DF (face to face), or DT (tandem).
