The bearings are specifically engineered to support ball screws utilized as actuators in high precision and high-speed machinery, featuring a significantly higher stiffness compared to conventional angular contact ball bearings due to an increased number of balls. Supplied with a pre-set preload, these bearings eliminate the need for complex adjustments and torque measurements. Flush ground bearings, designated with suffixes DU or U, can be employed in various configurations including DB (back to back), DF (face to face), or DT (tandem) assembly. It is important to note the load ratings for a single flush ground bearing (suffix U) when assembled in duplex; if axial load is applied to two rows or three rows, the load rating should be multiplied by 1.62 or 2.16, respectively, for dynamic loads and by 2 or 3 for axial limiting loads.
