These bearings are designed to support ball screws that serve as actuators for high precision and high-speed machines. Their stiffness is significantly greater than that of conventional angular contact ball bearings due to the greater number of balls used in their design. The bearings come with a pre-set preload to eliminate the need for complicated adjustments and torque measurements. Flush ground bearings, identified by the suffix DU or U, are suitable for use in DB (back to back), DF (face to face), or DT (tandem) assembly configurations. It is important to note that when a single flush ground bearing (suffix U) is assembled in duplex, and axial load is applied to two or three rows, the load ratings listed must be multiplied by 1.62 or 2.16 respectively for dynamic load and by 2 or 3 respectively for axial limiting load.
