These bearings are specifically designed to support ball screws utilized as actuators in high precision and high-speed machines. They offer significantly greater stiffness compared to conventional angular contact ball bearings, due to an increased number of balls. The bearings come with a pre-set preload, which simplifies installation by eliminating the need for complex adjustments and torque measurements. Additionally, flush ground bearings, indicated by the suffix DU or U, can be assembled in back to back (DB), face to face (DF), or tandem (DT) configurations, enhancing their versatility in various applications.
