These bearings are designed to support ball screws used as actuators for high precision and high speed machines. Their stiffness is significantly greater than that of conventional angular contact ball bearings due to a higher number of balls. The bearings come with a pre-set preload to eliminate the need for complicated adjustments and torque measurements. Flush ground bearings, indicated by the suffix DU or U, are suitable for DB (back to back), DF (face to face), or DT (tandem) assembly configurations.
