These bearings are specifically engineered to support ball screws utilized as actuators in high precision and high-speed machines, featuring significantly greater stiffness compared to conventional angular contact ball bearings due to a higher ball count. They come with a pre-set preload, which simplifies installation by eliminating the need for complex adjustments and torque measurements. Flush ground bearings, indicated by the suffixes DU or U, are compatible with DB (back to back), DF (face to face), or DT (tandem) assembly configurations. It's important to note that for a single flush ground bearing (suffix U) used in a duplex setup with axial loads applied to either two or three rows, the dynamic load rating should be multiplied by 1.62 or 2.16 respectively, while the axial limiting load should be multiplied by 2 or 3 respectively.
