Our decorative stucco column transforms a cluster box unit (CBU) into an elegant mail center, with the CBU not included. This prefabricated column is designed for easy installation over a standard USPS approved CBU mailbox and pedestal. The column features a lightweight Styrofoam core, which is easy to handle, and a ready-to-paint exterior-grade stucco surface that allows for customization with any exterior-grade paint. The foam core construction provides durability while being safer than traditional cinder block or steel stud columns, as it is designed to crumple and absorb impact energy during collisions. Additionally, a double stucco coat option is available for enhanced strength in high-traffic locations, where greater chances of surface impacts exist; this thicker layer of cement offers improved durability compared to the standard single coat.
