The Durham Heavy Duty 12 Gauge Cabinet features extra heavy duty all welded 12 gauge steel construction and measures 36"W x 24"D x 78"H. It includes 102 hook-on bins and shelves, with a 3-point cast steel locking handle that has 3/8" diameter rods and a provision for a padlock (padlock not provided). The door shelves are designed to hang easily on louvers, and the shelves can be bolted into place using the provided fasteners while being adjustable on 2-1/2" centers. Constructed with 7 gauge leaf hinges to prevent sagging, it also boasts a 6" high base/legs that facilitate forklift access, along with pre-drilled holes that allow for lagging to the floor. The cabinet is finished with a durable gray powder coat and features fully welded back and door louvered panels that reinforce the door and securely hold the hook-on bins, which have a weight capacity of 650 lbs per door when evenly distributed. The bins, categorized by size, are as follows: Bin A (4-1/8"W x 5-3/8"D x 3"H), Bin B (4-1/8"W x 7-3/8"D x 3"H), Bin C (5-1/2"W x 10-7/8"D x 5"H), Bin D (8-1/4"W x 10-3/4"D x 7"H), Bin E (8-1/4"W x 14-3/4"D x 7"H), Bin F (16-1/2"W x 14-3/4"D x 7"H), and Bin G (11"W x 10-7/8"D x 5"H). No tools are required for bin installation.
