The Durham Heavy Duty 12 Gauge Cabinet features a robust construction with extra heavy duty all welded 12 gauge steel, measuring 36"W x 24"D x 78"H. It includes 96 hook-on bins and shelves, with a weight capacity of 650 lbs per door when evenly distributed. The cabinet is equipped with a 3-point cast steel locking handle utilizing 3/8" diameter rods, and it has a provision for a padlock (padlock not included). The door shelves hang easily on integrated louvers, and the shelves can be bolted into place using the provided fasteners, adjusting on 2-1/2" centers. To prevent sagging, the cabinet features 7 gauge leaf hinges and has a 6" high base/legs to facilitate forklift access, with pre-drilled holes for lagging to the floor. The cabinet is finished with a durable gray powder coat. The included bins have the following dimensions: Bin A: 4-1/8"W x 5-3/8"D x 3"H, Bin B: 4-1/8"W x 7-3/8"D x 3"H, Bin C: 5-1/2"W x 10-7/8"D x 5"H, Bin D: 8-1/4"W x 10-3/4"D x 7"H, Bin E: 8-1/4"W x 14-3/4"D x 7"H, Bin F: 16-1/2"W x 14-3/4"D x 7"H, Bin G: 11"W x 10-7/8"D x 5"H. The cabinet's design allows for easy installation of the bins without the need for tools.
