The fan comes fully assembled and is available without a cord or pre-wired with a 10', 115V, 3-prong grounded cord for easy installation without the need for an electrician. Featuring a 16-inch assembled blade and a 1/10HP variable speed motor (when used with optional variable speed control), the fan can produce 1438 CFM. The energy-efficient motor is equipped with completely sealed ball bearings, ensuring it is maintenance-free. The aluminum shutter comes with a tie bar to minimize flapping in the wind, and a one-piece solid venturi design enhances stability and reduces noise.
