The SC Preferredon® wire shelving add-on measures 48"W x 18"D x 54"H and is designed to expand storage units efficiently. The kit includes 2 posts with leveling feet, 4 reinforced shelves featuring welded surface ribs for added strength, snap-on sleeves, and S-hooks for securely joining units. The open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, and the shelves adjust easily at 1" increments without the need for tools. The shelving features a SC Preferredon® blue metallic finish engineered to withstand extreme wet, hot, or cold environments, enhanced by Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew which cause odors and product degradation. This shelving unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
