These rock solid library tables feature 2" diameter steel legs bolted into a corner socket within a 3" steel apron, providing over 3,000 pounds of clamping force. The tops are constructed from high-pressure laminate, the same material used in kitchen countertops, and are built on a 1 1/8" thick high-density core with a backer sheet. The edges are finished with black T-mold and include safety rounded corners that match the contour of the legs. To protect all floor surfaces, the legs are equipped with plastic feet. The standard table height is 29", ensuring a comfortable work position. Some assembly is required, with a half-inch wrench needed for attaching the legs.
