These rock solid library tables feature 2" diameter steel legs that are bolted into a corner socket within a 3" steel apron, providing over 3,000 pounds of clamping force. The tops are constructed of high-pressure laminate, which is the same durable material used on kitchen countertops, and are supported by a 1 1/8" thick high-density core with a backer sheet. The edges are finished with black T-mold and have safety rounded corners that complement the leg contour. To protect all floor surfaces, the legs are equipped with plastic feet. The tables are designed with a standard height of 29", ensuring a comfortable work position. Some assembly is required, and a half-inch wrench is necessary to attach the legs.
