The Paragon Classic Dog Steamer and Merchandiser is a compact machine designed to meet high customer demand, featuring heavy-duty 20 gauge stainless steel construction. It includes removable product trays and a foldout door for easy access to hot dogs and simple cleanup. The variable adjustable bulb-style thermostat allows for more accurate water temperature control. The standard divided hot dog trays accommodate any size precooked hot dog and sausages, with a capacity to hold up to 192 hot dogs. Additionally, it can utilize the included removable bun insert for a combination of up to 96 hot dogs and 30 buns. The machine boasts an 8-quart water reservoir, which is the largest in the business, providing increased holding times. A quick turn water release valve eliminates the risk of burned fingers and spilled water, while striking graphics on both sides enhance front-counter and rear-counter merchandising. The unit also includes tongs, all made in the USA.
