The Blackbox™+ UHF 2-way radio is designed with an IP54 water-resistant rating and operates at 4 watts in the UHF range, featuring 16 channels with scan capability and a frequency range of 430-470MHz. It includes 2-tone encode/decode functionality, VOX (voice activated) mode, and voice enunciation for each channel. The radio has a programmable button for VOX, battery power announcements, or emergency alerts, along with a high/low power switchable feature, busy channel lockout, an all-metal chassis, and a time-out timer (TOT). Additionally, it supports priority scanning and includes 50 CTCSS and 104 CDCSS codes. The audio connector is a dual pin (Motorola) type. The package comes complete with a 1300 mAh Li-ion battery, rapid rate charger, accessory clamp, antenna, belt clip, and user manual. It is important to note that the Blackbox+ radio utilizes a M1 (Motorola) 2-pin connector for audio connectivity, and there is an optional radio programming service available for additional customization.
