The Zoeller M264 Waste-Mate is an automatic submersible sewage, effluent, or dewatering pump designed for efficient performance. It features a submersible pump with a 1 2" NPT discharge that is capable of passing 3/4" spherical solids. The pump is equipped with float-operated controls, typically requiring variable level float(s) and appropriately sized basins to ensure the necessary pumping cycles, and special applications should be consulted with the factory. The construction includes a durable cast iron switch cap, motor, and pump housing, complemented by an engineered plastic base, and stainless steel screws, bolts, handle, guard, arm, and seal assembly. The surface is finished with a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated epoxy, while the pump also offers hermetically sealed, automatic reset thermal overload protection. It features upper and lower sleeve bearings that operate in a bath of oil and has a minimum recommended basin size of 18" x 30".
