It enhances gloss and provides stain and etch resistance for concrete, terrazzo, and other porous stone surfaces. This breathable formula covers 3,000 to 4,000 square feet per gallon with two coats, resists scuffs, black marks, and soil, and does not peel, flake, or discolor.
