The locking steel D-rings open, close, and lock with one touch and are mounted on the back to keep pages flat. It includes a clear nonglare overlay for custom title sheets and four horizontal pockets inside both front and back covers, each holding 30 sheets. The binder has exposed rivets and a sturdy chipboard core for durability.
