This white locking D-ring view binder has a 3-inch capacity and letter size. It features no-pinch steel rings that open, close, and lock with one touch. The D-ring design holds more sheets than standard round rings and is mounted to the back to allow pages to lie flat. The binder includes a clear nonglare overlay for custom title sheets and is made of acid-free polypropylene to prevent sticking.
