Suma Block Whitener is a 1-gallon, high-alkaline, noncorrosive liquid cleaner designed for food preparation surfaces. It is specifically formulated to whiten and clean cutting boards and other plastic surfaces. The thick pale yellow liquid spreads easily on rough surfaces and works immediately. Apply directly and use a brush for deep cleaning. The formula whitens and brightens surfaces in as little as 15 minutes. It meets DOT and OSHA noncorrosive requirements and has a chlorine scent.
