The vest maintains 64F (18C) for up to 4 hours when activated with cooling charge packs (sold separately) that recharge in 10 minutes. It has adjustable hook-and-loop closures at shoulders and waist for a secure fit, reflective accents for visibility, extended surface area for enhanced cooling, and two pen slots on the right side.
