It includes a three-layer design with an ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R, Class 2 high-visibility shell, polymer mid-layer, and water-repellent liner. The vest activates by soaking in water for 2 to 5 minutes and has breathable mesh at the bottom for airflow and reduced weight. Interior neckline loops hold cooling towels.
