Made with breathable TenaLux yarn of HPPE fibers, they provide ANSI/ISEA 105 level A4 and EN 388 level 5 cut resistance without glass or steel. These gloves are FDA CFR 175.300 approved for food contact, preventing contamination during prepping, packaging, and transport.
