Designed for all-year use, it includes ANSI Type R Class 3 compliant 2-inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape for enhanced visibility. The jacket has removable sleeves converting it to a vest, an inset hood with drawstring, two front snap flap pockets, a cell phone chest pocket, dual mic tabs, and YKK No. 5 zippers.
