Features waterproof and breathable protection, 3M Thinsulate 80g insulation, elastic drawstring waist, zip openings at pant legs for boot access, and a right cargo pocket. Meets Class E visibility standard with ANSI-compliant high-visibility polyester and 3M Scotchlite 2-inch reflective tape. Suitable for flagging crews, utility crews, road construction, and railway workers in wet and low-light conditions.
