It can be worn three ways: as a jacket with liner, fleece jacket alone, or water-resistant shell. The vest meets Type R Class 3 compliance for high-visibility in traffic areas, with 2 inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape on chest and arms for enhanced visibility. It has black lining and arms to conceal dirt, hook-and-loop cuffs, a tuck-away drawstring hood, and two external front pockets. Suitable for construction and transportation workers.
