It is Type R, Class 3-approved with 2-inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape on chest and arms for high visibility. Features include a zipper closure, inset hood with drawstring, hook-and-loop cuff straps, snap-button and zippered chest pockets, and mic tabs for radio clips.
