The HV Thermal Parka in orange features a 160 g insulated fleece interior and quilted sleeves for warmth and protection against wind and water. It is Type R, Class 3-approved with 2-inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape on chest and arms for high visibility. Black panels on front and arms conceal dirt. The jacket includes a zipper closure, internal waist cord for fit, tuck-away drawstring hood, hook-and-loop cuffs, snap-button exterior pockets, a chest phone pocket, arm pen pocket, and mic tabs for radios.
