SC Preferredite® shelves are designed for storing goods, materials, and inventory, featuring a sturdy frame with a SC Preferredon® finish. The kit includes polymer composition shelf mats and plastic snap-on sleeves that secure the shelves to posts, allowing easy customization by adding additional shelves or combining shelves and posts to create a unique unit. The modular polymer shelf mats have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevice-free, promoting maximum air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. These polymer materials resist denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. Shelves adjust easily without tools in 1-inch increments. The epoxy coating is protected by Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that prevents bacteria, mold, and mildew buildup, thereby reducing odors and product degradation. The shelves are NSF approved for wet or dry use and come with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
