Holds 1200 ml PURELL ES4 refills in a sanitary sealed PET bottle with removable collar for recycling. Features AT-A-GLANCE refill window for monitoring sanitizer levels. Includes Lock or Not technology for optional locking. Mounts to wall with adhesive tape or hardware, with 8-inch clearance from bottom to surface.
