This 36-inch clear lateral file features a 5-drawer design with double-walled base construction for rigidity and a baked enamel finish over rust-inhibiting phosphate pretreatment for durability. It includes telescoping ball-bearing suspension for smooth drawer operation and adjustable hangrails for letter or legal folders. Drawers have flush tops and sides, drawer-extension restraint, and recessed aluminum pulls. A mechanical interlock allows one drawer to open at a time. The file includes four adjustable leveling guides, a core-removable lock securing both drawer sides, and reinforced case steel construction.
