Double-sided Lathem 400E time cards measure 7 inches in height and feature two sides for flexible time tracking. Side one includes spaces for name, ID number, period description, signature, 15 rows with two in/out boxes each, and totals for regular time, overtime 1, overtime 2, and gross time. Side two supports semi-monthly and monthly periods with 16 rows, each containing two in/out boxes plus areas for notes, name, ID number, and signature. Designed for use with Lathem 400E Time Clock and compatible with Lathem 25-7EX Time Card Rack sold separately. Comes in a Pack of 100.
