The 8 inch Eco Funnel with an 83mm screw cap features a latching lid with a gasket to keep fumes contained and includes a removable large particle filter that catches stir bars or other items. The 11" funnel stem reduces chemical evaporation, while the secondary air lock tube helps prevent over-filling. This unit serves as both a sealed waste container and a solvent funnel, made from HDPE with a fluid capacity of 2000 ml. It is designed with a custom screw cap that secures it to specified waste containers and ensures a tight seal with the internal gasket and a sturdy positive latch. The funnel measures 8" wide with a top without the stem at 9"W x 11"L, and can be fitted with up to 8 HPLC waste lines. The large particle filter further enhances its functionality by minimizing the loss of stir sticks or large debris during waste collection, making it an essential lab safety product for the handling of hazardous liquid waste.
