The Eco Funnel® EF-8-FS70 is an 8-inch funnel designed for the collection of hazardous liquid waste, featuring a 70mm screw cap adapter and a red lid. It includes a latching lid with a gasket to contain fumes and a removable large particle filter that captures stir bars and other debris. The funnel has an 11-inch stem that minimizes chemical evaporation, while a secondary air lock tube effectively prevents over-filling and spills. The Eco Funnel®'s patented design functions as both a sealed waste container and a solvent funnel, constructed from chemically resistant HDPE with a fluid capacity of 2000 ml. The funnel top, excluding the stem, measures 9 inches wide by 11 inches long, and it can accommodate up to 8 HPLC waste lines. Its custom screw cap ensures a secure fit to specified waste containers, complemented by a gasket inside the lid and a sturdy positive latch for secure closure.
