The 8" Eco Funnel with a 70mm cap is designed for use with 5-gallon Samson Stackers and serves as an essential lab safety product for the collection of hazardous liquid waste. Its unique, patented design functions as both a sealed waste container and a solvent funnel, featuring a 2000ml fluid capacity made from chemically resistant HDPE. The funnel includes a custom screw cap that securely attaches to specified waste containers, a gasket inside the lid, and a sturdy positive latch to keep the lid closed. Additionally, a built-in filter reduces the loss of stir sticks and other particles in the waste liquid. The funnel measures 8" in width, with a top without the stem measuring 9"W x 11"L, and has an 11" stem that minimizes chemical evaporation of hazardous solvents. It is equipped with a secondary air lock tube to help prevent overfilling and spills, and can accommodate up to 8 HPLC waste lines.
